​Rates do not include mileage (.45/mile) and tolls which will be additional. Anything out of a 30 mile radius from downtown Seattle will require  additional  towing and delivery fees.​



Rates do not include applicable taxes. Refundable Security Deposit of $500.00 is due upon contract signature. Renter(s)  is responsible for all interior and exterior damage and must carry their own liability insurance for their guests.  

 

Cleaning fee is $50.00 per use. Dumping fees (if black water is used) are additional at $50.00

Additional creative elements such as signage, lighting, video and collateral are billed on a per-project basis. We will work with you to  customize your event and experience. Location/parking permit fees are additional.
